CEO
I began my real estate journey in 2009, and over the years, that foundation has grown into a career I truly love. In 2016, I stepped into property management, where I found my passion for helping people navigate every stage of the process with confidence and clarity.
At the heart of everything I do is my family. I’ve been with my husband for 19 years, and together we’re raising our two daughters, Brooke and Kendall. They are my why behind the work I do each day.
I’m passionate about encouraging others to grow, believe in themselves, and reach their full potential. Whether I’m working with clients, supporting my team, or serving those around me, my goal is always to make a positive and lasting impact.
My faith plays a huge role in both my life and my business. I truly believe that God guided me to create SETX Management, and I’m incredibly grateful for the path that led me here.
I believe in showing up with consistency, leading with care, and always striving to do things the right way. This journey has been built on faith, hard work, and a genuine desire to serve others—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

With over 8 years of hands-on experience in residential property management, I’ve built my career around one simple goal: helping property owners succeed while creating a positive, well-managed experience for residents. From strategic tenant placement to proactive maintenance and financial performance, I take pride in making sure every property I oversee is operating at its full potential.
What started as a passion has grown into something much bigger. That passion is what helped shape Southeast Texas Property Management into the company it is today. Lauren George
Assistant Property Manager
I'm Lauren George, Assistant Property Manager at Southeast Texas Property Management and a licensed REALTOR®. While I obtained my real estate license in 2020, my experience in property management spans over a decade. I also hold my Texas Residential Leasing Specialist certification, which supports my focus on leasing, compliance, and providing a strong experience for both owners and residents.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work through every aspect of the field, from coordinating maintenance and managing accounts to enforcing leases, marketing properties, and supporting clients. I genuinely enjoy what I do and take pride in helping create a smooth, positive experience for everyone involved.
Whether I'm assisting a resident, working through a leasing decision, or helping streamline processes behind the scenes, my goal is always the same: to communicate clearly, stay consistent, and make things easier for the people we serve.
Outside of work, my life revolves around my family. I've been married to my husband, Darrell, since 2018, and together we're raising our two kids, Olivia and Elisha, along with our cat. I stay active in my community by serving as a Girl Scout troop leader, volunteering at my church, and helping with the Nederland Heritage Festival, where I was honored as a 2025 Volunteer of the Week.
No matter the setting, I strive to lead with care, stay dependable, and leave things better than I found them.
Amber Moore
Maintenance Coordinator
Hi, I’m Amber Moore, and I began my journey in property management in December 2025. I bring hands-on experience from working alongside my husband in his contracting business, where I assisted with coordinating billing, scheduling repairs, and providing excellent customer service. That background has given me a strong foundation in communication, organization, and supporting both owners and residents.
I’ve been happily married to my husband, Daniel, since 2010, and together we’re raising our two children, Dylan and Hayleigh. Family is at the center of everything I do, and it’s what drives my commitment to helping others feel comfortable and cared for in their homes.
Outside of work, I’m an animal lover and spend a lot of time with our dog, Stella. I also love being outdoors, whether that’s hunting, fishing, or floating on the river whenever I get the chance.
I’m proud to be part of the Southeast Texas Property Management team and look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and serve our community.
